TOWNSHIP OF SOLON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Township of Solon, Kent County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at the Solon Township Hall, 15185 Algoma Ave., NE, Cedar Springs, Michigan, concerning proposed amendments to the Solon Township Zoning Ordinance.  The amendments would rezone properties along or near 17 Mile Road between U.S. Highway 131 and Algoma Avenue from the AR-Agricultural Residential District to either the HC-Highway Commercial District or the LI-Light Industrial District, or from the HC-Highway Commercial District to the LI-Light Industrial District.
